Challenge
With a theme of "The Magic of Innovation: Imagine. Believe. Achieve," Ellucian’s goal was to create a large-scale experience that felt immersive, intuitive, and interactive — all while reinforcing its brand’s forward-thinking edge. The brief called for upgraded demo stations, audience-driven experiences, and standout areas that encourage both casual conversations and deep product engagement.
Approach
We built on successful elements from previous years — like the integrated wall, counter, and closet structure and etched plexiglass canopies — while pushing into more experiential territory. The booth was organized into eight “neighborhoods,” each with its own demo focus, wrapped in individual monitors and casual seating to create an inviting environment without overwhelming the attendees.
A standout activation centered on Ellucian’s new “Skills Mapping” product, featuring a large-scale visual journey map designed to guide students from class selection to job placement. This space blended touchscreen interactivity with magnetic, illuminated UI visuals — drawing attention while inviting exploration.
A flexible “choose your own adventure” zone served as a central hub, flanked by high-touch interactive areas and supported by reusable properties like the LED wall, waterfall counter, and signature wood-framed demo stations.
Immersive LED Canopy:
A suspended LED light structure creates a dramatic visual runway leading attendees directly into the heart of the booth. The layered LED framework not only draws the eye upward but also reinforces Ellucian’s theme of innovation and forward movement, using light to create depth, energy, and a sense of arrival. The progressive, tunnel-like effect invites exploration while delivering a powerful first impression from across the show floor.
